Refund and Returns Policy

At Gamagama, we take utmost care in preparing and delivering our sweets and savouries. Since our products are food items, returns are not generally accepted.

  1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or spoiled product
  • You receive a wrong item

To be eligible, please share a clear photo/video proof of the product within 24 hours of delivery to our support email or WhatsApp.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 6–8 business days.

  • Incorrect address or failure to receive the package
